You submitted a Legal Aid Queensland application form and indicated the court has issued a Banning Notice and order, preventing personal cross-examination of parties.
Legal Aid Queensland grants of aid, and representation provided under the Commonwealth Family Violence and Cross-Examination Scheme are separate funding programs.
If a Banning Notice and order preventing personal cross-examination of parties has been made, and Legal Aid Queensland has received a copy of the Banning notice and order from the court, we will send unrepresented client’s a separate Cross-Examination Scheme application form.
