Legal aid has been approved for you to represent your client who has been served with a Prison Transfer Notice, provide advice, and make submissions to Youth Justice with respect to the decision to transfer the client to adult custody pursuant to s276H and s276I of the Youth Justice Act 1992. This grant provides for initial advice, obtaining instructions, preparation of submissions, liaising with Youth Justice, and additional advice following the decision of the Chief Executive (YJ). The maximum costs payable on this grant are limited in accordance with the attached proforma invoice. Fees payable are for work done up to the maximum costs figure. Reasonable outlays will be paid. The maximum fee payable on this invoice for disbursements is $25.00.
