Aid is approved for counsel to represent your client in the Childrens Court of Queensland to review a decision of the Chief Executive (YJ) to transfer your client to adult custody pursuant to s276DB of the Youth Justice Act 1992. Fees payable on this grant are in accordance with the attached proforma invoice. Please forward the proforma invoice to the barrister briefed.
