Aid is approved to apply or respond to an application to register an arbitral award under the provisions of Regulation 67Q of the Family Law Regulations. This is a maximum fee grant of aid, claims can be made for actual time spent up to the maximum. Funding for parties in family law matters are subject to a cost cap. Refer to Guideline 18 – Family law costs management. The maximum fee payable on this invoice for disbursements is $100.00.
