Solicitor clause wording
Investigate, obtain all necessary reports and prepare reference of Workers' Compensation Claim to an Industrial Magistrate including conducting hearing ( Day 1). Solicitor only. This is a maximum fee grant of aid (including agent's fees). Claims are made up to the maximum fees in accordance with the attached proforma account. Reasonable outlays will be paid. Receipts should be retained on file. The maximum fee payable on this invoice for disbursements is $500.00.
