Our publication scheme describes and categorises information routinely available from the agency. It has been developed to give the community greater access to information.

Accessing this information

Where possible these documents are available for you to download. Some documents are currently only available as PDF files. If you have difficulty accessing this information, please contact the Corporate Legal Services – RTI/IP, and we'll provide the information in an alternative format.

Information listed in our publication scheme is available free of charge from our website. We will endeavour to meet all reasonable requests for documents in an alternative format, without charge. If your request is for a large amount of material, you will be advised in advance of any charge which may be payable.

Complaints

If information identified in our publication scheme is not available, you can make a complaint by:

• calling 1300 65 11 88 and talking to one of our staff members
• completing our online form
• downloading, printing and completing our client feedback form(PDF, 224KB) and sending it to:
